1. You can use a machine to insert the cork of red wine. This machine can be manual or automatic. The principle is that there is an extrusion block in the machine, which squeezes the cork thin, and then presses the cork into the bottle mouth with external force. The cork has a certain elasticity and recovers to its original shape by itself to seal the bottle mouth.

2. Slightly cut off a small circle of the cork head, then insert the cork head into the bottle mouth, and then face the other end of the cork against the wall to squeeze most of the cork into the bottle mouth.

3. Do not use brute force, but slowly rotate the edge of the cork against the bottle mouth with a little pressure to insert it into the bottle mouth.

Red wine bottle corks are classified by material as follows:

1. Natural cork: This is the noble among corks, the highest quality cork, which is made of one or several pieces of natural cork. It is mainly used for sealing non-carbonated wine and wine with a long storage period.

2. Plate polymer plug: It is made by pressing cork particles into plates. Its physical properties are close to natural plugs. It has a low glue content and is a better bottle stopper. However, the production cost of this bottle stopper is relatively high and it is more commonly used in developed countries.

3. Rod polymer plug: It is made by pressing cork particles into rods. This bottle stopper has a high glue content and is not as good as plate polymer plug. However, its production cost is low and it is more commonly used in developing countries.

4. Filling plug: Use a mixture of cork powder and adhesive to evenly apply it on the surface of the cork to fill the defects and breathing holes of the cork.
